The error message occur when the Generate Image File button is selected. This issue is resolved in the latest version of the product. Download the current version of any IDAutomation product with an active Level 1 Support & Upgrade Subscription.


An unsupported character set selection may be the issue. To resolve the error:

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click Regional and Language Options
  4. In the Regional Options tab, change the language to English (United States)

This should resolve the issue.
