When opening a file in Microsoft Office 2007 containing Barcode MacrosVBA or ActiveX Controls, a security warning message of “Some active content has been disabled” or “Certain content in the database has been disabled” may appear:

To enable the content, perform the following:

  1. Choose the Options button to view the Security Options dialog.
  2. Click “Open the Trust Center” at the bottom. Several options are available in the Trust Center, choose the Trusted Locations Option. Choose “Add new location” and add the path where the files are located. Choose OK.
